Dancing Ant is a game for the younger players among us, where the objective is to create a dancing environment for the dancing Ant.
The player can choose from 5 tunes and six different dance moves for the dancing Ant. In addition the player can choose to add up to 4 voice effects, and create psychedelically inspired background objects like Mushrooms in several neon colors.
Playing around with the Ant, making him move in all the different ways is a fun way to pass the time, and will especially appeal to children. When using the voice samples at the right time they can blend in with the tunes. Children will have fun in trying out what works with a tune and what does not work.
The game is completely controlled by the mouse, and simply clicking the selection you want, will activate it in the game. Graphically the game is nicely done with a funny looking ant, and backgrounds that truly invokes a seventies atmosphere.
Dancing Ant is not a game you will play for hours on end, but it is very suitable to pass some time, and will keep young players occupied for quite a while, mixing and matching all the options the game provides.
